Damages included over 400,000 sq. ft. of interior damage as well as damaged roofing systems, windows, exterior façade, decking, interior cracking, HVAC and water intrusion. The complex claim involved detailed reporting and measurements from Matterport, HOVER, thermal IR imaging, moisture mapping, and thermal drones.
SOLUTION
